In 2019, during the start of the lockdown in India, our owner, Arun Mohammed, faced a challenge that led to the creation of our service. One summer, his AC stopped working, and when he called several repairmen, no one was willing to come and fix it. With the summer heat becoming unbearable, Arun decided to repair the AC himself.

After successfully fixing it, Arun had an idea: Why not offer repair services to people in my local area? He knew that many others might be facing the same problem, and he didn’t want anyone to go through the frustration of not getting the repair help they needed.
